Free Evening Presentation and Social Meetup:
Wildlife - In and Out of Africa, with Ron Conigliaro Ron is an avid award-winning professional photographer based in Detroit, who has extensively traveled the world photographing wildlife and the associated indigenous people of the location. Please join me in this evening presentation to discuss travel into various African locations and even shooting wildlife right here at home. We'll discuss everything from timing, and planning photography expeditions, through shooting techniques and gear. I will discuss locations in: Kenya, Botswana, South Africa, Zambia, and Zimbabwe, but primarily focus on Kenya and Botswana. Adventure travel can be expensive and we typically don't get redos at photo opportunities, you'll come away with first hand information and techniques to maximize your keeper photos. A lot of what we discuss will be information that is relevant to photography trips and wildlife shooting in any location. I hope you're inspired to plan your adventure and capture memories for a lifetime. This is a free event for all attendees. Please join us at 6:00pm for an opportunity to meet and socialize with photographers of all capabilities - the presentation will begin at 7:00pm. DPPA will provide appetizers and soft drinks, and an opportunity for you to network with pros in the field. We're looking forward to meeting you there.

Ron Conigliaro is an award-winning professional Photographer and Producer based in Detroit, Michigan. He has been masterfully capturing extraordinary moments in time, and stunning unique places, due to his extensive travels, adventurous spirit and true passion for photography. Ron prides himself on being a versatile photographer studying and shooting genres of many types.
