ABOUT TRACIE MAGLOSKY-POLLARD:

Tracie is an award-winning maternity and newborn photographer, educator, and mentor who is passionate about helping photographers move from feeling invisible to becoming confident, in-demand experts in their craft.

Her work is rooted in the belief that successful maternity and newborn photography begins long before the camera comes out—with thoughtful business foundations, calm leadership during sessions, and a deep respect for the vulnerability of new and expecting parents. What started as a love for storytelling and connection has grown into a multiple six-figure portrait studio in Cincinnati, Ohio, built on trust, elevated client experience, and timeless imagery.

Tracie is known for her ability to create peaceful newborn sessions, guide mothers into confidence, and design experiences that feel both supportive and refined. Through her teaching, she empowers photographers to strengthen their business structure, refine their maternity and newborn techniques, and edit with both creativity and compassion—skills that directly translate into stronger client relationships and sustainable growth.

Tracie is a Miller ’s Speaker Team member, with work featured in leading industry publications including Professional Photographer, Shutterbug, Rangefinder, Digital Photo Pro, Click, and more. She has been honored to speak on major industry stages such as Imaging USA, PhotoPlus Expo, WPPI, ClickCon, and ClickAway.

Her teaching style is equal parts entertaining, practical, and inspiring, and her goal is simple: to help photographers feel confident, capable, and fully supported—both behind the camera and in the businesses they ’re building.
