Making Food Look Delicious:  Lighting, Composition, and Intentional Choices

This class explores what makes food photography truly appetizing, focusing on the core elements that shape a strong image: light, composition, styling, and color. Rather than relying on complex setups or fleeting trends, we’ll break down how intentional lighting, thoughtful angles, carefully chosen props, and a controlled color palette work together to highlight texture, freshness, and realism.

Designed for photographers at any stage, the session emphasizes learning how to see food—understanding why certain images feel inviting while others fall flat. Through practical examples and guided discussion, attendees will gain a clearer, more repeatable approach to prop selection, food styling, color harmony, and light control, helping them create food photographs that feel natural, believable, and visually compelling.

Register early as space is limited.

Members are free. Guests must register and pay in advance. Register early for a discount. No refunds or onsite registration.
